Refund Policy for Workshops by Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd.

Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd. is committed to providing the best experience for participants attending our financial advisory workshops. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require participants to cancel their registrations. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

  1. Scope of the Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all participants who register for the financial advisory workshops conducted by Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd., whether for individual or corporate packages.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation request:

  1. Full Refund

Participants are eligible for a full refund (100% of the fee) if the cancellation request is submitted 15 days or more before the scheduled workshop start date.

  1. Partial Refund

A partial refund (50% of the fee) will be granted if the cancellation request is submitted 7 to 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date.

  1. No Refund

No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is submitted less than 7 days before the workshop start date.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Fees for any add-on services or materials that have already been delivered.
  • Yearly renewal charges (if applicable).
  1. Cancellation Process

    To request a refund, participants must:

    1. Submit a written request via email to helpdeskbokaro@shivjeevikaraycapital.com with the subject line: “Workshop Cancellation Request.”
    2. Include the following details in the request:
      • Full name of the participant.
      • Contact details (email and phone number).
      • Workshop registration ID or receipt number.
      • Reason for cancellation.
    1. Refund Timeline
    • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during registration.
    1. Transfer of Registration

    Participants unable to attend the workshop may transfer their registration to another individual, subject to the following conditions:

    • The transfer request must be submitted at least 7 days before the workshop start date.
    • A nominal processing fee of ₹500 will apply.
    1. Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling by Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd.

    In the unlikely event that Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd. cancels or reschedules a workshop:

    • Participants will be offered a choice of either a full refund or a credit voucher for future workshops.
    • No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.
    1. Disputes and Appeals

    If participants are dissatisfied with the refund decision, they may escalate the matter by contacting helpdeskbokaro@shivjeevikaraycapital.com. The grievance team will review and respond within 5 business days.

       Refund Policy for Dhan Sutra Plan by Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd.

      Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd. is committed to maintaining transparency and investor satisfaction in all its financial schemes, including the Dhan Sutra Plan. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be applicable for investments in the scheme.

      1. Applicability

      This refund policy applies exclusively to investments made under the Dhan Sutra Plan, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

      1. Refund Conditions for NCD Investments

      Refunds for investments in NCDs under the Dhan Sutra Plan are subject to the following conditions:

      1. Refund Request Before Allotment

      If an investor requests a refund before the NCD allotment is confirmed:

      • A full refund of the investment amount will be processed.
      • The request must be submitted within 7 business days of the application date.
      1. Refund Request After Allotment

      Once the NCD allotment has been made, refunds will not be provided, except in the following scenarios:

      • Allotment Failure: If Shiv Jeevika Ray Capital Ltd. is unable to allot NCDs due to technical or compliance reasons, a full refund will be processed.
      • Regulatory Compliance Issues: If the investment is rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation, a refund will be processed after deducting a processing fee of ₹2,000.
      1. Early Withdrawal Policy
      • Early withdrawal or redemption of NCDs is subject to penalties as outlined in the scheme’s terms and conditions.
      • Refunds for early withdrawal requests will include the principal amount minus applicable penalties.
      • Interest accrued up to the date of withdrawal will be paid after deducting penalties.
      1. Refund Request Procedure

      To initiate a refund, investors must:

      1. Submit a written request via email to helpdeskbokaro@shivjeevikaraycapital.com with the subject line: “Dhan Sutra Plan Refund Request.”
      2. Attach the following documents:
        • Investment acknowledgment receipt or application ID.
        • Proof of payment (bank transfer receipt, UPI screenshot, etc.).
        • Valid ID proof (as per KYC).
      3. Specify the reason for the refund request.
      1. Processing Timeline
      • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10-15 business days of receiving all necessary documentation.
      • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the investment.
      1. Non-Refundable Cases

      Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

      • If the NCDs have been allotted and the investment is active.
      • If the refund request is made after the allotment period, except in cases of allotment failure or compliance issues.
      • For any penalties incurred due to early withdrawal.
